2. Saved Messages

When many people are actively using Teams, tons of messages are being sent. These messages can easily get lost and create stress trying to find. Use the save message feature and easily save it for later. Just click the three dots on a message and click save. It then easily saves it for you. When you want to find saved messages, just input a “/saved” command in the search box to easily find saved messages.

3. Recording Search (Advanced)

You can search any meeting recording based on what was said in the meeting. All users have this feature by default. If Microsoft transcript caught the words, you can search them. Only the users who were in the meeting have the ability to search for that meeting. Works for meetings that were transcribed and recorded, and meetings where recordings are saved to Sharepoint and Onedrive.
